Isaiah 12:1

English Standard Version

1 You[1] will say in that day: “I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me. (Isa 10:4; Isa 11:11) 

New International Version

1 In that day you will say: ‘I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 In days to come, the people of Israel will sing, ‘LORD, we will praise you. You were angry with us. But now your anger has turned away from us. And you have brought us comfort. 

King James Version

1 And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.
