Hebrews 4:7

English Standard Version

7 again he appoints a certain day, “Today,” saying through David so long afterward, in the words already quoted, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” (Heb 3:7)

New International Version

7 God again set a certain day, calling it ‘Today’. This he did when a long time later he spoke through David, as in the passage already quoted: ‘Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.’ (Ps 95:7; Ps 95:8)

New International Reader’s Version

7 So God again chose a certain day. He named it Today. He did this when he spoke through David a long time later. Here is what was written in the Scripture already given. ‘Listen to his voice today. If you hear it, don’t be stubborn.’ (Ps 95:7; Ps 95:8)

King James Version

7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
