2 “Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to all the remnant of the people, and say, (Hag 1:1) 

New International Version

2 ‘Speak to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, to Joshua son of Jozadak,[1] the high priest, and to the remnant of the people. Ask them, 

New International Reader’s Version

2 ‘Speak to Zerubbabel, the governor of Judah and the son of Shealtiel. Also speak to Joshua the high priest, the son of Jozadak. And speak to all my people who are still left alive. Ask them,
