Haggai 1:13

13 Then Haggai, the messenger of the Lord, spoke to the people with the Lord’s message, “I am with you, declares the Lord.” (Isa 43:5; Hag 2:4) 

New International Version

13 Then Haggai, the Lord’s messenger, gave this message of the Lord to the people: ‘I am with you,’ declares the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 Haggai was the LORD’s messenger. So Haggai gave the LORD’s message to the people. He told them, ‘The LORD announces, “I am with you.” ’ 

King James Version

13 Then spake Haggai the LORD' messenger in the LORD' message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD.
