4 His brightness was like the light; rays flashed from his hand; and there he veiled his power. (Eze 1:27) 

New International Version

4 His splendour was like the sunrise; rays flashed from his hand, where his power was hidden. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 His glory was like the sunrise. Rays of light flashed from his mighty hand. His power was hidden there. 

King James Version

4 And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
