5 ‘My father made me swear, saying, “I am about to die: in my tomb that I hewed out for myself in the land of Canaan, there shall you bury me.” Now therefore, let me please go up and bury my father. Then I will return.’” (2Ch 16:14; Isa 22:16; Mt 27:60) 

New International Version

5 “My father made me swear an oath and said, ‘I am about to die; bury me in the tomb I dug for myself in the land of Canaan.’ Now let me go up and bury my father; then I will return.” ’

5 “My father made me give my word to him. He said, ‘I’m about to die. Bury me in the tomb I dug for myself in the land of Canaan.’ So let me go there and bury my father. Then I’ll come back.” ’ 

King James Version

5 My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I die: in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Canaan, there shalt thou bury me. Now therefore let me go up, I pray thee, and bury my father, and I will come again.
