24 yet his bow remained unmoved; his arms[1] were made agile by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob (from there is the Shepherd,[2] the Stone of Israel), (De 32:4; Job 29:20; Ps 23:1; Ps 80:1; Ps 132:2; Ps 132:5; Isa 1:24; Isa 28:16; Eph 2:20; 1Pe 2:4)

24 But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed[1] supple, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel, 

New International Reader’s Version

24 But his bow remained steady. His strong arms moved freely. The hand of the Mighty God of Jacob was with him. The Shepherd, the Rock of Israel, stood by him. 

King James Version

24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
