3 Then he said, “I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for there I will make you into a great nation. (Ge 12:2; Ge 28:13; Ge 35:11; Ex 1:7; Ex 1:9; De 26:5)

3 ‘I am God, the God of your father,’ he said. ‘Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation there.
