Genesis 42:20

English Standard Version

20 and bring your youngest brother to me. So your words will be verified, and you shall not die.” And they did so. (Ge 42:34; Ge 43:5; Ge 44:23) 

New International Version

20 But you must bring your youngest brother to me, so that your words may be verified and that you may not die.’ This they proceeded to do. 

New International Reader’s Version

20 But you must bring your youngest brother to me. That will prove that your words are true. Then you won’t die.’ So they did what he said. 

King James Version

20 But bring your youngest brother unto me; so shall your words be verified, and ye shall not die. And they did so.
