Genesis 29:3

English Standard Version

3 and when all the flocks were gathered there, the shepherds would roll the stone from the mouth of the well and water the sheep, and put the stone back in its place over the mouth of the well. 

New International Version

3 When all the flocks were gathered there, the shepherds would roll the stone away from the well’s mouth and water the sheep. Then they would return the stone to its place over the mouth of the well. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 All the flocks would gather there. The shepherds would roll the stone away from the well’s opening. They would give water to the sheep. Then they would put the stone back in its place over the opening of the well. 

King James Version

3 And thither were all the flocks gathered: and they rolled the stone from the well' mouth, and watered the sheep, and put the stone again upon the well' mouth in his place.
