13 His mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son; only obey my voice, and go, bring them to me.” (1Sa 25:24; 2Sa 14:9; Mt 27:25) 

New International Version

13 His mother said to him, ‘My son, let the curse fall on me. Just do what I say; go and get them for me.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

13 His mother said to him, ‘My son, let the curse be on me. Just do what I say. Go and get the goats for me.’

13 And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them .
