Genesis 12:6

English Standard Version

6 Abram passed through the land to the place at Shechem, to the oak[1] of Moreh. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. (Ge 13:7; Ge 13:18; De 11:30; Jud 7:1; Heb 11:9) 

New International Version

6 Abram travelled through the land as far as the site of the great tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. 

New International Reader’s Version

6 Abram travelled through the land. He went as far as the large tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were living in the land. 

King James Version

6 And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land.
