9 And God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it was so. (Job 38:8; Ps 33:7; Ps 136:6; Jer 5:22; 2Pe 3:5) 

New International Version

9 And God said, ‘Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.’ And it was so. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 God said, ‘Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place. Let dry ground appear.’ And that’s exactly what happened. 

King James Version

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
