Ezra 2:63

English Standard Version

63 The governor told them that they were not to partake of the most holy food, until there should be a priest to consult Urim and Thummim. (Ex 28:30; Le 22:2; Le 22:10; Le 22:15; Ne 8:9)

New International Version

63 The governor ordered them not to eat any of the most sacred food until there was a priest ministering with the Urim and Thummim.

New International Reader’s Version

63 The governor gave them an order. He told them not to eat any of the most sacred food. They had to wait until there was a priest who could use the Urim and Thummim. The priest would use them to find out what the LORD wanted the people to do.

King James Version

63 And the Tirshatha said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.
