26 Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and cleanse it, and so consecrate it.[1] 

New International Version

26 For seven days they are to make atonement for the altar and cleanse it; thus they will dedicate it. 

New International Reader’s Version

26 For seven days the priests must make the altar pure and ‘clean’. That is how they will set it apart to me. 

King James Version

26 Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.
