9 Below these chambers was an entrance on the east side, as one enters them from the outer court. (Eze 44:5; Eze 46:19) 

New International Version

9 The lower rooms had an entrance on the east side as one enters them from the outer court.

9 The first floor of the building had an entrance on the east side. It led to the outer courtyard.

9 And from under these chambers was the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the utter court.
