Ezekiel 36:22

English Standard Version

22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came. (De 9:5; Eze 36:20; Eze 36:32) 

New International Version

22 ‘Therefore say to the Israelites, “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: it is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 ‘So tell the Israelites, “The LORD and King speaks. He says, ‘People of Israel, I will not take action for your benefit. Instead, I will act for the honour of my holy name. You have treated it as if it were not holy. You did it everywhere you went among the nations. 

King James Version

22 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name' sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
