Ezekiel 23:39

English Standard Version

39 For when they had slaughtered their children in sacrifice to their idols, on the same day they came into my sanctuary to profane it. And behold, this is what they did in my house. (2Ki 21:4; Jer 23:11; Eze 16:20; Eze 16:36; Eze 23:37; Eze 44:7) 

New International Version

39 On the very day they sacrificed their children to their idols, they entered my sanctuary and desecrated it. That is what they did in my house. 

New International Reader’s Version

39 They have sacrificed their children to their gods. On that same day they entered my temple and made it “unclean”. That is what they have done in my house. 

King James Version

39 For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house.
