5 Those who are near and those who are far from you will mock you; your name is defiled; you are full of tumult. (Isa 1:21; Isa 22:2) 

New International Version

5 Those who are near and those who are far away will mock you, you infamous city, full of turmoil. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 Those who are near you will tell jokes about you. So will those who are far away. Trouble fills the streets of your sinful city. 

King James Version

5 Those that be near, and those that be far from thee, shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.
