Ezekiel 20:3

3 “Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God, Is it to inquire of me that you come? As I live, declares the Lord God, I will not be inquired of by you. (Eze 2:1; Eze 14:3; Eze 16:48) 

New International Version

3 ‘Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel and say to them, “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: have you come to enquire of me? As surely as I live, I will not let you enquire of me, declares the Sovereign Lord.” 

New International Reader’s Version

3 ‘Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel. Tell them, “The LORD and King says, ‘Have you come to ask me for advice? I will not let you do that,’ announces the LORD and King. ‘And that is just as sure as I am alive.’ ” 

King James Version

3 Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Are ye come to enquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.
