10 Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: This oracle concerns[1] the prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel who are in it.’[2] (2Ch 36:11; Eze 21:25) 

New International Version

10 ‘Say to them, “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: this prophecy concerns the prince in Jerusalem and all the Israelites who are there.” 

New International Reader’s Version

10 ‘Tell them, “The LORD and King says, ‘This prophecy is about Zedekiah, the prince in Jerusalem. It is also about all the Israelites who still live there.’ ” 

King James Version

10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; This burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.
