5 And from the midst of it came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance: they had a human likeness, (Eze 10:14; Eze 10:21; Re 4:6) 

New International Version

5 and in the fire was what looked like four living creatures. In appearance their form was human,

5 I saw in the fire something that looked like four living creatures. They appeared to have the shape of a human being.

5 Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
