15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was a respite, he hardened his heart and would not listen to them, as the Lord had said. (Ex 7:14; Ex 8:32; Ex 9:7; Ex 9:34; Ex 10:1; Ec 8:11) 

New International Version

15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he hardened his heart and would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord had said. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 But when Pharaoh saw that the frogs were dead, he became stubborn. He wouldn’t listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the LORD had said.

15 But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
