9 “When Pharaoh says to you, ‘Prove yourselves by working a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and cast it down before Pharaoh, that it may become a serpent.’” (Isa 7:11; Joh 2:18; Joh 4:48; Joh 6:30) 

New International Version

9 ‘When Pharaoh says to you, “Perform a miracle,” then say to Aaron, “Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh,” and it will become a snake.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

9 He said, ‘Pharaoh will say to you, “Do a miracle.” When he does, speak to Aaron. Tell him, “Take your walking stick and throw it down in front of Pharaoh.” It will turn into a snake.’ 

King James Version

9 When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.
