Exodus 7:22

English Standard Version

22 But the magicians of Egypt did the same by their secret arts. So Pharaoh’s heart remained hardened, and he would not listen to them, as the Lord had said. (Ex 7:3; Ex 7:11; Ex 7:13) 

New International Version

22 But the Egyptian magicians did the same things by their secret arts, and Pharaoh’s heart became hard; he would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord had said. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 But the Egyptian magicians did the same things by doing their magic tricks. So Pharaoh became stubborn. He wouldn’t listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the LORD had said. 

King James Version

22 And the magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments: and Pharaoh' heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the LORD had said.
