13 Still Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he would not listen to them, as the Lord had said. (Ex 7:3) 

New International Version

13 Yet Pharaoh’s heart became hard and he would not listen to them, just as the Lord had said. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 In spite of that, Pharaoh became stubborn. He wouldn’t listen to them, just as the LORD had said. 

King James Version

13 And he hardened Pharaoh' heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
