16 These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari, the years of the life of Levi being 137 years. (Ge 46:11; Nu 3:17; 1Ch 6:1; 1Ch 6:16)

16 These were the names of the sons of Levi according to their records: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. (Levi lived 137 years.)
