Exodus 4:11

English Standard Version

11 Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 

New International Version

11 The Lord said to him, ‘Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 

New International Reader’s Version

11 The LORD said to him, ‘Who makes human beings able to talk? Who makes them unable to hear or speak? Who makes them able to see? Who makes them blind? It is I, the LORD. 

King James Version

11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man' mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
