4 They made for the ephod attaching shoulder pieces, joined to it at its two edges. 

New International Version

4 They made shoulder pieces for the ephod, which were attached to two of its corners, so that it could be fastened. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 The workers made shoulder straps for the apron. The straps were joined to two of its corners. 

King James Version

4 They made shoulderpieces for it, to couple it together: by the two edges was it coupled together.
