19 And he made for the tent a covering of tanned rams’ skins and goatskins. 

New International Version

19 Then they made for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of other durable leather.[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

19 They made a covering for the tent. They made it out of ram skins dyed red. Over that, they put a covering of another kind of strong leather. 

King James Version

19 And he made a covering for the tent of rams'skins dyed red, and a covering of badgers'skins above that .
