5 The LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. (Ex 33:19; Nu 11:25; 1Ki 8:10; 1Ki 8:11) 

New International Version

5 Then the Lord came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 Then the LORD came down in the cloud. He stood there with Moses and announced his name, the LORD.
