Exodus 33:7

7 Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, far off from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting, which was outside the camp. (Ex 29:42; De 4:29; 2Sa 21:1; 1Ch 16:10; Ps 40:16)

New International Version

7 Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the ‘tent of meeting’. Anyone enquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.

New International Reader’s Version

7 Moses used to take a tent and set it up far outside the camp. He called it the ‘tent of meeting.’ Anyone who wanted to ask the LORD a question would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp.

King James Version

7 And Moses took the tabernacle, and pitched it without the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the Tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass, that every one which sought the LORD went out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which was without the camp.
