14 And the Lord relented from the disaster that he had spoken of bringing on his people. (1Ch 21:15; Ps 106:45; Jer 18:8; Jer 26:13; Jer 26:15; Jer 26:19; Am 7:3; Am 7:6; Jon 3:10; Jon 4:2) 

New International Version

14 Then the Lord relented and did not bring on his people the disaster he had threatened.

14 Then the LORD took pity on his people. He didn’t destroy them as he had said he would.

14 And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.
