English Standard Version

12 He looked this way and that, and seeing no one, he struck down the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. (Ac 7:24) 

New International Version

12 Looking this way and that and seeing no-one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 Moses looked around and didn’t see anyone. So he killed the Egyptian. Then he hid his body in the sand. 

King James Version

12 And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.
