15 And he said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.” (Ex 19:11; 1Sa 21:4; 1Co 7:5)

15 Then he said to the people, ‘Prepare yourselves for the third day. Abstain from sexual relations.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

15 Then he spoke to the people. He said, ‘Get ready for the third day. Don’t have sex.’

15 And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.
