English Standard Version

25 Moses chose able men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens. (De 1:15) 

New International Version

25 He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 

New International Reader’s Version

25 He chose men of ability from the whole community of Israel. He made them leaders of the people. They became officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 

King James Version

25 And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
