Esther 5:1

English Standard Version

1 On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king’s palace, in front of the king’s quarters, while the king was sitting on his royal throne inside the throne room opposite the entrance to the palace. (Es 4:11; Es 4:16; Es 6:4) 

New International Version

1 On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the palace, in front of the king’s hall. The king was sitting on his royal throne in the hall, facing the entrance. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 On the third day Esther put on her royal robes. She stood in the inner courtyard of the palace. It was in front of the king’s hall. The king was sitting on his royal throne in the hall. He was facing the entrance. 

King James Version

1 Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel , and stood in the inner court of the king' house, over against the king' house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.
