14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, (Isa 11:5; Isa 59:17; Isa 61:10; Lu 12:35; 2Co 6:7; 1Th 5:8; 1Pe 1:13)

14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled round your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
