Ephesians 2:16

English Standard Version

16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. (1Co 12:13; Col 1:20) 

New International Version

16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 He planned to bring both Jews and Gentiles back to God as one body. He planned to do this through the cross. On that cross, Christ put to death their hatred towards one another.

16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
