1 Who is like the wise? And who knows the interpretation of a thing? A man’s wisdom makes his face shine, and the hardness of his face is changed. (De 28:50; Pr 4:8; Pr 21:29; Ac 6:15) 

New International Version

1 Who is like the wise? Who knows the explanation of things? A person’s wisdom brightens their face and changes its hard appearance. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 Who is like a wise person? Who knows how to explain things? A person’s wisdom makes their face bright. It softens the look on their face. 

King James Version

1 Who is as the wise man ? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man' wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.
