12 I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; (Ps 34:14; Ps 37:3; Ec 3:22)

12 I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live.

12 People should be happy and do good while they live. I know there’s nothing better for them to do than that.
