Ecclesiastes 1:8

English Standard Version

8 All things are full of weariness; a man cannot utter it; the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. (Pr 27:20; Ec 4:8) 

New International Version

8 All things are wearisome, more than one can say. The eye never has enough of seeing, nor the ear its fill of hearing. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 All things are tiresome. They are more tiresome than anyone can say. But our eyes never see enough of anything. Our ears never hear enough.
