Ecclesiastes 11:8

English Standard Version

8 So if a person lives many years, let him rejoice in them all; but let him remember that the days of darkness will be many. All that comes is vanity.[1] (Ec 1:2; Ec 2:23; Ec 12:1) 

New International Version

8 However many years anyone may live, let them enjoy them all. But let them remember the days of darkness, for there will be many. Everything to come is meaningless. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 No matter how many years anyone might live, let them enjoy all of them. But let them remember the dark days. There will be many of those. Nothing that’s going to happen will have any meaning. 

King James Version
