Deuteronomy 6:23

English Standard Version

23 And he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in and give us the land that he swore to give to our fathers. 

New International Version

23 But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land that he promised on oath to our ancestors. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 But the LORD brought us out of Egypt. He planned to bring us into the land of Canaan and give it to us. It’s the land he promised to our people of long ago. 

King James Version

23 And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.
