Deuteronomy 5:3

English Standard Version

3 Not with our fathers did the Lord make this covenant, but with us, who are all of us here alive today. (Heb 8:9) 

New International Version

3 It was not with our ancestors[1] that the Lord made this covenant, but with us, with all of us who are alive here today. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 He didn’t make it only with our people of long ago. He also made it with us. In fact, he made it with all of us who are alive here today. 

King James Version

3 The LORD made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.
