Deuteronomy 25:8

English Standard Version

8 Then the elders of his city shall call him and speak to him, and if he persists, saying, ‘I do not wish to take her,’ (Ru 4:6) 

New International Version

8 Then the elders of his town shall summon him and talk to him. If he persists in saying, ‘I do not want to marry her,’ 

New International Reader’s Version

8 Then the elders in his town will send for him. They will talk to him. But he still might say, ‘I don’t want to marry her.’ 

King James Version

8 Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and if he stand to it , and say, I like not to take her;
