Deuteronomy 24:18

18 but you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt and the Lord your God redeemed you from there; therefore I command you to do this. (De 5:15) 

New International Version

18 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the Lord your God redeemed you from there. That is why I command you to do this. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt. Remember that the LORD your God set you free from there. That’s why I’m commanding you to do those things. 

King James Version

18 But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
