Deuteronomy 23:18

English Standard Version

18 You shall not bring the fee of a prostitute or the wages of a dog[1] into the house of the Lord your God in payment for any vow, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God. 

New International Version

18 You must not bring the earnings of a female prostitute or of a male prostitute[1] into the house of the Lord your God to pay any vow, because the Lord your God detests them both. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 The LORD your God hates the money that men and women get for being prostitutes. So don’t take that money into the house of the LORD to pay what you promised to give. 

King James Version

18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
