Deuteronomy 21:6

6 And all the elders of that city nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley, (Ps 26:6; Ps 73:13; Mt 27:24) 

New International Version

6 Then all the elders of the town nearest the body shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley, 

New International Reader’s Version

6 Then all the elders from the town that is nearest to the body will wash their hands. They will wash them over the young cow whose neck they broke in the valley. 

King James Version

6 And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man , shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
