Deuteronomy 18:9

English Standard Version

9 “When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. (Le 18:26; De 12:29) 

New International Version

9 When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 You will enter the land the LORD your God is giving you. When you do, don’t copy the practices of the nations there. The LORD hates those practices. 

King James Version

9 When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
